OFFICE CLEANING
Our office janitorial and cleaning services are tailored to fit your office cleaning needs and your budget. We take the hassle out of finding adequate commercial janitorial services by providing a full suite of building maintenance, porter, and specialty services.

PORTER
CCC trains and manages a janitorial work force that adopts best practices and sustainable quality control standards at the sites where they are stationed. For each facility, we develop a customized solution that is tailored according to our customer’s building layout and cleaning needs.
Services include: (but not limited to)

Monitor and service the facilities restrooms during the work day

Pressure washing of floors and window washing

Maintain lobby including polishing

Replenish paper supplies according to usage

Maintain exterior of the building removing debris, and rubbish

We have a few ways, depending on the service!
A. For our day and night porters, we provide a bi-monthly or monthly audit performed by our area supervisor as part of the package! We utilize an app called Swept to provide photos, notes and locations of the property that is compiled into an easy-to-read PDF report that is provided to the property manager(s).
B. For our over standard jobs such as carpet cleaning, facade and window washing, pressure washing and graffiti coverups, we take photos of the site and provide them to the property managers after the task has been completed.

All of our cleaning plans are fully customizable! Need us to clean an office but need to avoid a specific records room? No problem! Need us to come at a specific time of day in order to minimize work disruption? Absolutely! Want your yard to be groomed but have a specific rose bush that you cherish and prefer to take care of personally? Not an issue, we'll take note of that!
We'll contact you as soon as possible and arrange a time to meet with you at the property to assess the situation, come up with a cleaning plan and provide you with a proposal as soon as we have all the facts. We're more than willing to work around your schedule and will keep in contact with you as often as needed to get the job done!
We are outfitted with all the gear and other materials we require for our over standard jobs. For our day and night porter services, we can acquire materials as needed and bill accordingly.
